Petra Korn, and her law firm pKorn Law, was recommended to me by a business partner and friend who worked with her in the past. Petra initially assisted Clearstone, an Australian company, with the company formation in the USA including necessary contracts, terms and conditions for the website. I have since then worked with Petra on several additional projects for Clearstone Coating, Inc. Petra completed and filed the trademark application for the brand “Clearstone” in the USA. Petra smoothly guided me through the entire process with the USPTO, and Clearstone is now a registered trademark. It was important for me to know that the brand is protected and that the trademark is registered since we are expanding the business in the USA.
