About Me – Petra Korn

Petra advises domestic and international clients on transactional matters mainly in the fields of International Law, German Law, Business Law, Contract Law, and Immigration Law (German American Lawyer Los Angeles) Petra has the unique ability to advise clients on German, U.S. and California Law. Being able to explain the legal procedures either under German law, U.S. law or California law to the client in the clients’ native language is a big comforting factor to many of Petra’s clients.

In the past 18 years Petra has gained experience in media and entertainment law, transactional law, business law, contract law and immigration law as well as in complex business litigation and personal injury litigation as well as intellectual property law by working in Cologne and Berlin, Germany, having worked for a prestigious law firm in Los Angeles, and in her own practice since 2009.

Petra furthered her studies in Media and European Law at the Administrative College in Speyer.

To best serve the needs and goals of her clients, Petra maintains close relationships with, and associates with, a network of other attorneys and other professionals, like accountants, CPA’s, bankers, and realtors to best suit the clients needs and goals.
